Tamarack Terms & Policies
RETAIL STORE EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY
Regular priced items may be returned or exchanged within 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE, with a receipt. All SALE and specific items are a FINAL sale.*
All items to be exchanged or returned must be in STORE-BOUGHT, TAGGED, UNWORN & UNWASHED condition with a receipt. We are unable to exchange or return without a receipt (digital or paper).
*The following items are FINAL SALE: SALE ITEMS, Bear Spray, Rain Poncho’s, Socks, Camping Fuel, Underwear, Swimwear, Tents, Sleeping Pads & Bags, Hydration Bladders & Bottles, Hammocks & Accessories and sealed products with a broken seal or with the tag removed.
Defective/warranty items are covered by individual manufacturers’ policies. Normal wear and tear are specifically excluded. In areas of doubt, the manufacturer has the final say and has the option of repairing or replacing the item in question. The customer must deal directly with the manufacturer, with some exceptions.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURES AND SHUTTLE RESERVATION POLICIES:
Full payment is required at time of reservation and booking.
Any changes to the original reservation must be received at least 48 hours prior to the activity. Last minute activity changes are subject to loss of priority status and Guide Availability.
HIKER SHUTTLE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full Refund if cancellation is received at least 48 hours in advance. For the Cameron Express Shuttle only, Full Refund if cancellation is received at least 24 Hours in advance.
All fees are refundable if the trip has been cancelled by Tamarack & Waterton Outdoor Adventures management for reasons of weather, area closures, emergencies, illness etc.
GUIDED ADVENTURE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full Refund if cancellation is received at least 48 hours in advance.
All fees are refundable if the trip has been cancelled by Tamarack Adventures management for reasons of weather, area closures, emergencies, illness etc.
CHECK-IN:
All activities check-in at the Tamarack in the Waterton townsite unless otherwise stated on Reservation.
